We were selling our family business, and the family wasn’t getting along. Scott Estabrooks from Sharkansky worked tirelessly with all the owners to work out a deal.  When the sale turned out to be slanted against me, Scott stood up for me to demand a more equal distribution. He was and still is extremely diligent, making sure that all the numbers work.
